These terms govern your use of Klaxo, an iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch app published by Webkoding. Installing or using the app means you accept them. If you don't, please don't use the app.
Klaxo is a party and classroom tool: a buzzer, a soundboard, a round timer, a scoreboard, a spin wheel, a Yes/No verdict screen and a sound recorder. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it on devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
The buzzer, round timer, scoreboard, spin wheel, verdict screen and the free sound set are available at no cost, with no limit on how many times you can buzz. Klaxo Pro is an auto-renewing subscription that additionally unlocks the premium sound library, unlimited custom recordings, party game packs and classroom mode, and the widget, Apple Watch and Stage Mode surfaces.
Audio you record with Klaxo stays on your device and remains yours. You are responsible for what you record: do not capture people without their knowledge where the law requires their consent, and do not record material you have no right to use. We have no access to your recordings and therefore cannot recover, moderate or remove them.
Klaxo is loud by design. Use it considerately: at a volume that will not harm hearing, and not in a way that endangers, harasses or alarms anyone — including while driving, in hospitals, or anywhere sudden loud sound is unsafe. Do not use the app to break the law, and do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or resell it except where that restriction is unenforceable in your jurisdiction.
Klaxo is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Webkoding is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including hearing discomfort caused by playback volume, or loss of recordings or scores. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and statutory consumer rights in your country are unaffected.
You may stop using Klaxo at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or end the licence if these terms are breached. Sections 3 to 8 survive termination.
These terms may be updated; the current version always lives on this page with the date shown above. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, with the courts of Istanbul having jurisdiction, without affecting mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
