Telling us your device model and iOS version makes it much faster to help.
Check the ring/silent switch on the side of your iPhone, then the volume with the app open. Klaxo mixes with other audio, so if a podcast or music app is holding the output at a low level, the buzz follows it. Turning on Buzz volume boost in Settings plays every sound at full volume.
Make sure Haptics is on in Klaxo's Settings, and that System Haptics is enabled in iOS Settings → Sounds & Haptics. iPad has no Taptic Engine, so the pad is silent there by design — Stage Mode relies on sound instead.
Permission is requested the first time you tap record. If you declined it earlier, re-enable it in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone → Klaxo.
They stay in Klaxo's private storage on your device and appear under "My sounds" on the soundboard. Press and hold a recording to delete it. Deleting the app removes them permanently — they are never uploaded, so there is no backup we can restore from.
Open Settings inside Klaxo and tap Restore purchases, making sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the purchase. If it still doesn't unlock, email us with the date of purchase.
On your device: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Klaxo → Cancel Subscription. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the current period ends. We cannot cancel a subscription on your behalf.
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com using the Apple ID that made the purchase.
Yes — entirely. There are no accounts and no servers; a network connection is only needed to make or restore a purchase.
Both are welcome at arif.ozelci@webkoding.com. For a bug, the steps that led to it are worth more than anything else you can send.
